helpful staff breakfast selection smooth stay small room old furniture dysfunctional tv
the staffs was really helpful. hong helped. i really enjoyed the breakfast selections. they had many options to choose from and it all tasted good.
the rooms was bit small, especially the bathroom. i think a little more space would have improved my experience. some of the furniture looked old and used. the tv didn't work .

the location was prime, right in the heart of things. i got help with tours, so things were simple. anna arranged trips and girls did enough for us. i did not get lost when walking to a restaurant.

unacceptable cleanliness leaking shower
the staff helped organize excursions. the quality of the excursions we booked with the hotel was good.
The room was not great and the cleanliness was not acceptable. i found hairs on the bed after arrival. the room felt dark and depressing. There was not much natural light. the shower leaked into the room, not good.

restaurant tips great location small gym cold food
i really liked how the staff were friendly and so helpful with everything i wanted. they gave good local restaurant tips, this was helpful. i also found the location great, it was only a short walk to the busy areas, i liked it.
the gym was small, and it didnt have enough equipment, that was a bit annoying. the breakfast wasn't very good, the cooked food wasn't hot enough, i prefer it hotter.

an lovely getaway!

genuine warmth sweet offer amazing massages
i spent three nights here, and the staff's genuine warmth shone! a week before i arrived, they asked if i needed a taxi, sweet. the reception team member helped me with dinner reservations. the spa offered the most amazing massages we have ever had together, it was pure bliss!!!
i must mention that the rooftop bar was closed , i was disappointed! i wish i had known about it beforehand!

a fairly good experience

comfy bed nice decor good location unpleasant smell strong chemicals dirty sheets
i found the room to be a good size. the bed was comfortable, and the decor was nice. the location was really handy for getting around. i walked to the night market and other restaurants from here.
the room i had was not very clean overall. there was an unpleasant smell in the corridors. they tried to mask the odor with strong chemicals and air fresheners.
